Now more than ever before, women I speak with are feeling flat and tired. They are lacking energy, feeling irritable and their normal daily routine is even becoming a challenge. And I get it!

Taking additional care of ourselves mentally, emotionally and physically needs to be a top priority right now. How that looks to you may be very different to me.

One thing I do encourage you to do is get up, shower, get fully dressed, do your hair and pop on your favourite lippy. Whilst it may be the thing you feel like doing the least, it can dramatically change your state of being. It’s often the little things that will make the biggest difference.

Oh and when you do, take a damn photo 📷😉
